Terms of Use

These are the terms for using this website and asking for a free Top Tick Check. Top Tick (ABN 25 660 967 206) is based in Queensland. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Top Tick.

Google Maps

The Top Tick Check includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Top Tick is independent. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google and Google Maps are trademarks of Google LLC.

The free check

The check is free and yours to keep. It's a snapshot of your Google listing on the day we look at it, using public information only. Where you show up on Google Maps changes with where the person searching is standing and when, so we can't promise you any spot on Google.

What you change on your listing is up to you.

Using this site

Please only ask for a check on a business you own or work for, and give details that are right. Don't use the form to send spam or anything unlawful.

The words and pictures on this site belong to Top Tick. The Coastline Plumbing listing and the sample report are made up, for illustration only.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.

Privacy

How we handle your details is in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
